To go to sleep at night, comfortably tucked in the soft bed covered with fresh linen sheets, with only the sound of animals around, it’s really indescribable.It was the film Out of Africa, starring Meryl Streep and Robert Redford, based on the book by Karen Blixen in Africa in his life that inspired me to start reading books about the colony of Kenya in 1900. By reading these books, I felt increasingly in the lives of these brave and adventurous, he longed for a different life and did something about it. But life was difficult in Kenya and the country so hard that many have returned home. Blixen returned to his native Denmark, but only after losing his coffee plantation, the man she loved, and many of his friends whose graves were distributed in the landscape of Kenya. After visiting the farm, now a museum outside Nairobi, there were times I thought I could hear his voice echoing in the walls of the house once lived in Kenya has changed since the days when European settlers first arrived, but the vast plains of the Masai Mara, with its abundance of wildlife, even today, like many other game reserves in Kenya.One of my favorite tent camps in Kenya, Campo Pequeno of Governors, one of the few camps located within 700 square miles of the Masai Mara Game Reserve, in northern Serengeti. The extent of resident pigs roam our tables with the hope of a piece of food. After omelets, bacon, fresh fruit, homemade cakes and hot coffee, we prepare for the noon game drive. On our return to camp, freshen up and eat again. This time, a delicious lunch consisting of salads, meats, fruits and desserts, after which we went to our tents to write in the newspapers, take a nap or simply relax and watch wildlife from the balcony of our stores. Many times during the day, the giraffe can be seen eating the tender leaves of the trees beyond the final curtain, which is a great place to take pictures.The night safari is my favorite. The day is cold and the animals appear majestic backdrop of the African plains. On our return, everyone will gather for a cold drink, hot roasted cashews and remember our day’s adventures. The dinner is truly an experience in itself, a delicious meal with candles on tables in the dining tent. After dinner, we sat around a huge bonfire, amazed at how many thousands of stars can be seen in the African night. Castle Rock personal injury . We are relaxed, but exhausted.
